Romayne J. Steinmetz, 55, Exeter, died Tuesday at Geisinger CMC. Her husband is Jerry Willard.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Gerald Carroll and Mary Jane Turano, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was an avid gardener.

Surviving are: a daughter, Andrea Jackson, Carbondale; grandchildren, Gabrielle Baker, Lilly Baker and Annabelle Jackson; three sisters, Darlene Shaffer and husband, Gary, Carbondale; Michelle Bosack, Tower City; Dawn Gardner and husband, Matt, Florida; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Korisher.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
