Rebecca A. Dodson, 65, Carbondale died Tuesday at Forest City Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Ridgeway, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Judge Zalesky. She worked at IBM for many years and enjoyed crafting and playing cards and board games. She was a tarot card reader. An animal lover, she had two dogs, Charlie and Julie.

Surviving are: a son, David Charles Dodson, Carbondale; a daughter, Mary Kathleen Dodson, Simpson; a granddaughter, Lydia Grace Sattler, Simpson; two sisters, Kathleen Albright, Camp Hill; Susan Zalesky, Mechanicsburg.

A private Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements, Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale.
