Michelle Williams, 39, Throop, died September 22 at home.

Born in Knox Indiana, she was the daughter of Milton Williams and Teresa Piper Kostelansky and step daughter of George Kostelansky.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, Daniel Churchill, Lebanon; two daughters, Kateilia Churchill, Throop; Kylie Weir, Thornhurst; a sister, Tiffany Williams; nephews, Jon Havel and Kas Hampton.
