Mary Lou Mulhall, 70, Philadelphia, passed away July 26, 2023, at home.

Born in Morgantown, West Virginia, daughter of the late James and Myrtle (Wallace) Mulhall, Mary Lou was always an excellent caregiver.  Whether it was her parents, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, or neighbors, she was always a nurturing, compassionate person, putting others before herself.

Survivors include a son: Tim Mulhall and wife Faith, Carbondale; a sister: Billie Joe Barrett, Boonsboro, Maryland; two grandsons: Timmy and Myers Mulhall; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Jean Eastburn; and a brother: James Mulhall Jr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of the Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale.
