Joseph M. Cuce, 64, Carbondale, died Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at home.

Born in Carbondale, son of the late Anthony and Rose Marie (Mazza) Cuce, he was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale.  Joe was a 1978 graduate of Carbondale Area High School, who later went on to become a production worker.  He enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and going for his daily coffee.

Joe’s survivors include his brother, Jim Cuce and his wife Kathy; uncle, Joe Mazza; aunt, Susie Mazza; as well as numerous cousins.

The funeral will be Monday, May 6, 2024, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale.  Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill.  A public viewing will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until mass time.
