Jesse Cron, 75, Carbondale died Saturday at his residence.

Born in Carbondale, son of the late Josier and Priscilla Stucker Cron, Jesse worked for many years as a sandblaster. He enjoyed working on his car and spending time with his family, especially Charles Cron.

Surviving are three brothers, Martin, Josier and Robert Cron, all of Carbondale; a sister, Edie Morcom, Waymart; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jesse; four brothers, Alvin, Oscar, Sean and Bradley; and a sister, Marie.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale. Interment at a later date.
