Irene Patak, 83, Binghamton NY, died Sunday at Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY. Her husband was the late William Patak.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Michael and Rose Vadala Grizzanti, she enjoyed cooking and loved her grandchildren.

Surviving are: a son, Patrick Patak and fiancé, Jennifer, Binghamton NY; grandchildren Danielle Mirabito and husband, Joseph; Nicole Patak and significant other, Ronald Wescott; Kaitlyn Patak; a great grandchild, Marlee Westcott.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Carbondale.
