Hazen M. Gardner, 53, Westfield Pa., died Saturday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Blossburg Pa., he was the son of the late Monroe and Edith O’Dell Gardner.

Survivors include: a son, Samuel, Westfield; two daughters, Marian Gardner and Joshlynn Gardner, Westfield; two brothers, Alan Gardner, Lake Ariel; Daryle Gardner, Millerton; sisters-in-law, Cindy Gardner, Carbondale; Jean Ann Gardner, Millertown; brothers-in-law, John Carl, Knoxville; Robert Stiles, Westfield and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosanna Carl and Janet Stiles.
