Gene Farley, 57, of Simpson, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale.

Born in Bay Shore, N.Y., son of the late George and Irene Millsphaugh Farley, he worked at Gentex Corp. for a number of years.

He is survived by three brothers, George Farley, Florida; Gary Farley, Forest City; and Gregg Farley, Carbondale; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Farley.

A viewing will be held Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. in Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale. Cremation will follow.
