Frank X. Fotia, 83, Charleston, SC, formerly of Carbondale, died January 19, 2021.

Born in Carbondale, son of the late Frank and Eleanor Creo Fotia, he owned Fotia Grocery Store on the city’s West Side and Year-Round Pool Company before moving south decades ago.

Surviving are four children, two step children, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grand children. He is preceded by death by one grandson.

A graveside service at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Twp. will be held at a time to be announced.

Local arrangements by Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 2 Hospital St. Carbondale.
