Ford Joseph Kilgallon III

Ford Joseph Kilgallon III, 56, Carbondale, died suddenly on Tuesday at home.

Born in Scranton, son of Ford J. Kilgallon II and Kathleen Elias Kilgallon, he was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired as a corrections officer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: a daughter, Caroline Kilgallon, Carbondale; three grandchildren, Noah, Roman and Killian Campbell, all of Carbondale; a brother, Chris Kilgallon, Fla.; 2 nephews; three nieces; several cousins.

Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary’s Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Carbondale. Interment at a later date.
