Diane Melko, 61, Carbondale, died Monday at Regional Hospital, Scranton.
Born in Connecticut, daughter of the late Theodore W. Melko and Vera Oaks, she was a CNA. Her favorite animal was her dog, Fattie.
Surviving are: a daughter, Melissa Melko, Carbondale; grandchildren, Jelyssa Delrosario, Hailey Melko, Kayden Melko and Seneca Curtis; a niece, Santa Bishop; and four sisters. She was preceded in death by a brother.
No services are scheduled.
Arrangements by Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale.
