Brooke Kay Davis was born sleeping on February 4, 2024, at Commonwealth Health Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton. Her parents are Peter Davis Jr. and Alexis Starkweather.

Brooke Kay Davis, how very quietly you tiptoed into our world, silently. But what an imprint your footprints have left upon our hearts forever. Even though you are not here, we hope you know our love for you will never fade. Your moments with us may have been brief but will remain with us for eternity. All we ask of you is to watch over us and keep us safe, especially your sisters. May you rest in eternal peace knowing you were loved by many. Our sweet Angel, Baby Girl, Mommy, Daddy, your sisters, and family love you so much. Fly high and rest easy!

In addition to her parents, Brooke’s survivors include: 2 sisters, Kaia and Kierra Davis; maternal grandparents, Lisa Adamski and Lee Starkweather; paternal grandparents, Peter Sr. and Victoria Davis; maternal great-grandparents, John and Linda Adamski; paternal great-grandfather, Walter Davis; aunts and uncles, Arlena Adamski, Devin Starkweather, Tracy Sanderson, Danielle Jones, Amanda Ashby, Jo-Ann Howells, and Jeffrey Jones; maternal cousins, Daniel and Ryker Deprospo; paternal cousins, Casey Howells, Michael Howells, Alexa Cragel, McKenna Sanderson, Ian Dzielak, Kaleigh Becker, Jordan Ashby, Elena Ashby, and Deckalan Jones.

She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandmother, Kay Starkweather; and paternal great-grandmother, Joan Davis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale.
