Alice Russell Hill, 71, of Weatherly, formerly of Newton Lake, died Wednesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Douglas and Florence Totsky Russell, she was a 1968 graduate of Norristown High School. Alice enjoyed her time at the lake and resided at Newton Lake for more than 40 years.

Surviving are a brother, Douglas Russell, Norristown; aunts, uncles and cousins.

A cemetery service will be held at a later date.
